Mexico is focusing on the health sector, with presentations at universities and media campaigns. In Britain, egg week gets kids cooking while in Canada they are celebrating by tweeting the #GoodEggs they know?that is, people who do extraordinary things.

In France, 400,000 eggs will be donated in addition to the launch of an educational movie about the French egg sector.
