Process cooling unit

Designed for inside use, Pas Reform’s process cooling unit recirculates cooling water for incubators and climate control equipment (where provided).

Control panel

The control panel is mounted on a steel frame, delivered complete to include the following items:

3-Phase power supply section, consisting of:

• Main switch
• Automatic fuse group for compressor and condenser fan motors
• Contactors and overloads for compressor and
  condenser fans
• All necessary control and safety equipment - including multi-stage capacity reduction, high and low pressure cut-outs, low limit thermostat, command thermostat, alarm with auxiliary contact for external double alarm and short-cycling relay.

Scroll compressor

• With crankcase heating, stop valves on discharge and suction side and Thermistor protection in motor windings.

Air-cooled condenser

• Coil is made of copper tubing with aluminium fins
• Condenser has thermally protected, single phase fan motor with run capacitor
• Condenser is placed in vertical position beside the compressor and liquid receive

Liquid Receiver

• Units have a liquid receiver large enough to accumulate the total charge of refrigerant.

Standard equipment

All units are provided with:Thermostatic expansion valve

• Liquid solenoid valve
• Sight glass with moisture indicator
• Liquid filter/drier
• Water flow control
• Charging valve
• Pressure gauges for suction and water pressure
