ARGENTINA - Good news for the Argentina poultry industry. A young poultry organisation in vigorous expansion "Cabana Avicola Eco de las Aves", member of the CRIAVE group, has signed a contract with Hubbard LLC for the production and distribution of Hubbard broiler breeders in the Argentinean market.

Hubbard is a world leader in the development and marketing of improved broiler breeding stock. Hubbard specializes in state-of-the-art methods (both traditional and new technologies) of improving the breeding of their pure lines for broilers, in order to respond to current and future needs of the industry.

"Eco de las Aves" comes from a family with long tradition and experience in the breeding business in Argentina. Mr. Alvaro Perea and sons are re-establishing their pioneer presence in the incubation business in Argentina started by the Perea family more than 60 years ago.

The Hubbard Grandparents established in Argentina have a solid selection program to adapt the breeders and optimize the broilers to the body weights and performance levels demanded by the Argentinean and export markets.

The first Hubbard breeders will already be available in the second half of 2006, offering an efficient combination of an excellent breeder and a broiler suited for heavy weights and with superior conformation.
