This year two special themes with related conferences will be presented at the exhibition, Eggs! and Meat Safety. Up to 400 companies from 32 different countries have already booked a stand, covering about 75 per cent of the total exhibition floor.

The Meat Safety Pavilion will be the meeting place for innovative development regarding meat safety. In co-operation with a steering committee, themes and topics are developed to inform and advise about safety in meat production and processing. Conferences on Meat Safety and Meat Safety stands will be present at the pavilion.
