This auspicious poultry industry seminar was held in the Van Royal hotel Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq. Rasun, part of the Vano Group, Aviagen and Ceva came together to host this significant milestone event for the modern Iraqi poultry industry.

The two-day event involved a number of speakers and presentations and covered important breeder and broiler topics. Waleed El Deeb, Ross Technical Service Manager, spoke about Male Management, Seyfi Ay, Consultant Nutritionist, gave a presentation on optimum nutrition, while veterinary consultant Dr Barrie Fleming highlighted key disease issues.

It is the first time that the entire Ross customer service team visited Iraq. We were delighted to see so many of Vano’s customers here, many of whom had travelled from some of the remotest and most difficult regions of the country.
