Moy Park Makes Major Investment in Workforce Skills

UK - Moy Park, the largest poultry meat producer in Northern Ireland, has announced a major £8m investment in a strategic multi-year skills programme to support the growth of the company.

The skills growth programme, which will be supported by a £1.4m grant from Invest Northern Ireland, covers a comprehensive suite of training and learning initiatives including leadership and management development, technical competences and functional skills across the entire company workforce.

Moy Park’s HR Director Europe, Mike Mullan stated: “As one of Europe’s leading food companies, we are committed to supporting our team members with outstanding training and development opportunities.

"We are delighted to announce this significant investment into skills and training, supported by Invest Northern Ireland, which will be instrumental in sustaining our continual transformation, growth and improvement.
