When hairline cracks are not identified before setting, the damaged eggs are incubated. In these cracked eggs, the shell membrane is often ruptured –and incubation leads to dehydration and the death of the embryo.
Pas Reform’s hairline cracks controller reliably identifies eggs with cracked shells and internal defects. A roller conveyor transfers the eggs along a stainless steel light-conductor, assembled underneath the machine.Each egg is rotated by the rollers, allowing for the fast, accurate inspection of each egg for cracks or defects.
