Automatic transfer system
Ideal for high capacity transfer of hatching eggs directly from 30 trays onto setter trays.
Pas Reform’s Automatic transfer system AS/30ST requires two operators to deliver maximum transfer of up to 35,000 hatching eggs per hour from setter tray to hatcher basket.
Precision suction heads descend automatically onto the eggs, to lift them gently by vacuum and deposit the eggs into the setter trays.
Empty tray stacking and automatic setter tray destacking is available as an option. To further increase speed and efficiency, a destacker unit may be fitted to the input conveyor.
