Dovac Automatic Injection The Dovac is developed and manufactured by Desvac for the injection of Day Old chicks and turkeys. Syringes for doses of 0.1 ml, 0.2 ml and 0.5 ml are available. The Dovac is suitable for the administration of live vaccines (Marek Disease), killed vaccines (ND Inactivated). The machine is delivered with a total counter and a pre-set counter, the later is used to count the number of birds vaccinated per chick box. A special push button to reset this counter has been conveniently positioned in the cover plate of the machine. During the design of the Dovac special attention was paid to the machine''s reaction speed and ergonomics. The Dovac works on compressed air and has two (auto-purge) air filters to ensure that the air used in the machine is as clean as possible. Necessary adjustments to the machine settings have been kept to a minimum. The Dovac can be supplied with your company logo on the cover plate. Autovac Automatic Injection Operated by electric and pneumatic power. May be equipped with 1 or 2 needles for subcutaneous injection plus sprayer for ocular/oral vaccination. Each AUTOVAC machine is a dedicated workstation with a single operator assuring precise vaccination and total operator safety : - Easy to use - Minimal maintenance - Low stress and no injury for the chicks - Vaccination capacity : 3000 chicks per hour - Possible connection to automatic chick belt.
