Automatic candling and transfer of hatching eggs from setter trays into hatcher baskets.
Candling
The light sensor in the candling unit scans the eggs, to reveal whether eggs are fertile, infertile, early dead, late dead or clear. This data is recorded into a database for review and reference - and infertile eggs are automatically removed. The proportion of fertile or infertile eggs has no effect on machine throughout.Transfer
Automatically transferring eggs from setter tray to hatcher basket, the transfer unit vacuum picks 150 eggs at a time, to gently place them into the basket.An optional egg detect and reject system can also be incorporated into the unit.
