The company based near Lens has been under official control since November last year.
Now the Béthune commercial tribunal has placed the company in liquidation.
Six prospective buyers had been identified, but none had come forward to confirm their interest by the end of February.
Dindes des pays du Nord specializes in cut up and processing of turkey meat.
