MTech Systems has reached agreement with Jim Johnston and Steve Parsons to form a UK-based company named MTech Systems Europe Ltd.

In addition to providing software, the company will utilise its experienced consulting resources to help with integrated producers develop business and enterprise strategy, improve operational performance and manage capital projects throughout the supply chain.

Simon Cohen, senior vice president of MTech Systems USA, said: "I am delighted to welcome Jim and Steve to our MTech team. They are two internationally experienced and well recognised figures in the industry and they bring a wealth of skills to our business.
