Cobb 500 Wins Award at Budapest Show
HUNGARY - With Babadi hatchery and Cobb Germany exhibiting at the OMEK show in Budapest, Cobb 500 won an award for its conformation, health and vitality.This national agriculture and food exhibition is Hungary’s largest and oldest farming show extending back over 100 years.
The event, which has Prime Minister Viktor Orbán as its main patron, demonstrates the achievements of agriculture over the past period and promotes the quality of Hungarian food products. Hungary has a favored place in EU agriculture owing to its natural resources.
The presence of leading agricultural politicians and senior ministers from Hungary and other EU countries underlined the event’s importance.
“We are proud that the Cobb 500 achieved an award on this very special event, which highlights the high quality of the product we are producing in Hungary in association with the Babadi hatchery,” comments James Truscott, director of Cobb Germany.
