Poultry Farming Attracts Taplejung Farmers
NEPAL - The number of farmers who prefer to open poultry farms has been increasing in Taplejung district lately.

The farmers said they have been attracted towards commercial poultry farming as broilers grow up fast and could give benefit in a short period of time.
According to The Himalayan, there are now as many as 40 poultry farms at the district headquarters, Fungling Bazaar, and its adjoining areas.
Farmers of different VDCs including Hangdewa Linhkhim, Dokhu, Nangkholyang and Thechambu have involved themselves in farming.
