UK - Each year the NFU conducts a survey of seasonal turkey producers which enables us to build a picture of the seasonal turkey market in terms of cost of production, sales and pricing.

By: The survey results are presented at the autumn NFU Turkey Marketing Meetings. Meetings are free to attend and open to all seasonal producers. Details of your regional meeting can be found in Poultry Forum from September 2012 or you can contact your NFU Regional Office.
