Registration Open for Poultry Processing Facility Tours at IPPE
US - Sponsored by The American Meat Institute, registration is now available for meat and poultry processing facility tours as part of the 2014 International Processing & Production Expo (IPPE).

By: IPPE attendees can tour a beef or poultry processing facility and learn from first-hand experience at either the Birchwood Foods’ beef facility in Norcross, Georgia, or the Tyson Foods’ poultry facility in Cumming, Georgia.
Attendees will get an up-close look at food safety processes and worker safety initiatives through a comprehensive tour of the processing plants. A question-and-answer session with plant staff, exclusive for attendees, will follow the tour.
Limited space is available, and processor attendees must be 18 years or older to participate.
The 2014 IPPE, the world 's largest annual poultry, feed, and meat industry events, will be held from 28 to 30 January 2014, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
The tours will take place simultaneously on Monday 27 January from 12pm to 5pm, and the registration fee is $99.
