Trend reports that installation work of leading European manufacturers equipment is currently being carried out in all facilities of the enterprise. The investment will amount to 12 billion tenge (KZT). It is planned to produce up to 20,000 tonnes of production per year.

At present, the poultry industry is one of the most developed field in Kazakhstan's livestock farming. This sector is represented by 59 operating poultry farms, some 21 of which engage in the production of broiler meat, 33 - egg-laying and five combined enterprises.

The volumes of poultry meat production gradually increase in the country due to the commissioning of new production facilities and increasing of the production capacity at the poultry farms, the Kazakh Agriculture Ministry's report said.

Chicken broiler production increased by more than 10 per cent and made up 128,300 tonnes in 2013. This was contributed by the implementation of new investment projects. Some five new poultry enterprises for production of broiler meat have been commissioned in Kazakhstan over the past five years. Thus, the share of imported products has been reduced from 70 per cent to 55 per cent.
