Diagnostic Tests for the Australian Poultry Industry
AUSTRALIA - Rapid, accurate and reliable diagnostics for poultry pathogens are essential for producers to have access to in the case of an outbreak.Across Australia there are a number of diagnostic services available for farmers should they be required. The following three institutions, CSIRO’s Australian Animal Health Laboratory (Victoria), Queensland Alliance for Agriculture & Food Innovation (QLD) and the Asia Pacific Centre for Animal Health (Victoria) each offer a number of diagnostic tests to the Australian poultry industry.
These tests are listed below. Many of these diagnostics have been developed in conjunction with Poultry CRC.
