The bagger processes bags from a wicket or strapped bags, polyethylene, vacuum and shrink bags. Optionally available horns of various sizes offer maximum flexibility adapted to bag and poultry. Together with the compact stainless steel design, this permits quick and smooth operation with up to 15 packages per minute at each clipping station.

PolyClip

The MPL runs pneumatically and offers extremely simple operation. The bag is inflated automatically, and the horns move into the bag to keep it open. The poultry is manually pushed through the open horns into the bag to the point where the bag is pulled off. The horns are then retracted to take up the next bag. The filled bag is safely closed with a clipper and, where appropriate, placed in an outer packaging.

Short set-up times, hygienic design and simple maintenance

With short set-up times during product and bag changes, the MPL offers maximum flexibility for efficient packaging of a wide variety of product sizes.

The hygienic stainless steel design for easy cleaning and splash-proof control ensures strict compliance with hygiene requirements.

Blow air and control air hoses are colour-coded and separately supplied with air. The standard regulator-lubricator guarantees compressed air free from oil and water, as well as low air consumption and simple maintenance.

Optional equipment

The MPL can be equipped with two Easy Clip Line® clippers. A mounting rack is optionally available, and for product and origin labelling, the clipper can be equipped with a labelling system EZ Tag-Feeder.

The appropriate label is automatically fixed with the clip closure closure on the bag in a tamper-proof manner.
