The sensors are primarily used for automated tasks within both the agro-industry and the feed industry, and during the past 40 years, the company has developed its range of sensors together with leading companies in this field.

With a basis in the concrete wishes of its customers, it can quickly adapt or develop new custom-made sensors, matching the set requirements. The sensor production is based in a factory in Denmark.

The company's flexible production facilities allow for easy changes in capacity and can thus handle the production of sensors in small or large batches at very competitive prices.

Most sensors will be located in the aggressive environments of livestock houses. This is why Dol-sensor puts great emphasis on testing them throughout the development process.

Product development for these aggressive environments also ensures that the products can be used for most other applications and industries, where the requirements would often be less demanding.

The company primarily works in two main sensor areas – capacitive sensors for detection of feed and climate sensors to ensure comfort and productivity in animal production. The capacitive sensors are used for automation of processes in which there is a need for controlled conveyance and storage of feed materials.

The climate sensors are used to register climatic changes in livestock houses for animal production but can also be used in greenhouses and other industrial production facilities where there is a need to register changes in the climatic conditions.
