NIGERIA - A new outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) has been reported in the Utako, Municipal Area Council, Federal Capital Territory.

By: Of the 800 broilers susceptible in the live market, 400 cases were reported.
The birds were sourced from one of the infected states (Kano) and some were sold to the public.
