By: “It’s unfortunate people don’t know how birds are raised or where their eggs come from," laments company veterinarian Dan Wilson as he visits egg-laying chicken farms in Indiana.
In a lighter moment, the video shows Wilson making the rounds and examining the body, bone and fat condition of the hens. And at one point, Wilson even speaks to them. “I’ve just been around chickens a lot,” he says after imitating one of the thousands of birds under his care. “I like to make noises back to them.”
