Our Sales Administration members work very hard to prepare quotations and communicate with our customers on a wide range of issues. Not all of the US group are based at our Medina offices that limits the opportunities for face to face interaction.

The manager for Sales Administration, Sarah Walsh, led a week long training meeting in our Medina factory. They spent time discussing how to service our customers faster, obtaining more product knowledge and training. ChickMaster invested in cloud-based software a few years ago that is continually updated to simplify the process of quoting and order documentation, as equipment and customer needs dictate. It was a great opportunity for team building for a very dedicated group of individuals that support our customers and sales organization around the globe each day. Besides the US team, we also have several members in the UK that are also in constant communication with customers and agents. All together, they are an integral and important component of our commitment to ChickMaster customers.
