Optimized incubator features

Gobbi Frattini is one of the turkey producers in Italy. For the renovation of its turkey hatchery, the company ordered 8 Petersime BioStreamer™ 4TS setters with Operational Excellence Technology™ and an integrated control system Eagle Eye™. What does the Operational Excellence Technology™ by Petersime encompass?

• The controller has been upgraded to improve user friendliness. Also, the use of personal access badges enables access control and traceability of interventions.
• A more efficient way of cooling ensures more uniformity in the incubators and decreases the water consumption by 5%, thereby reducing the energy bill of the chiller. This cooling system considers the stage of embryonic development, and thus leads to a better chick quality.
• The design of the pulsator blades has been improved, leading to a reduced energy consumption of 10%.
