Scheduled for the upcoming 2019 Poultry Processor Workshop, updated research on exposures to peracetic acid-based antimicrobials among poultry processing workers will be reviewed by the scientist who has conducted the studies. Jenny Houlroyd will provide a first-hand account of the updated research, funded by USPOULTRY, that found considerable variation and lack of precision between tested methods related to exposure of peracetic acid.
