ACOLID and Petersime collaborate on set-up of high-quality turnkey hatchery

Arab Company for Livestock Development (ACOLID) has once again placed its trust in Petersime for the complete lay-out, equipment and installation of their new turnkey hatchery in Al Qassim. As long-time business partners, we have collaborated on projects in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Sudan over the past few decades.

ACOLID’s management expressed its satisfaction: “Once again, Petersime has helped us in building an efficient, strong-performing and successful hatchery. As expected after our previous collaborations, the project set-up was followed up and completed smoothly, as well as the hatchery installation on-site, thanks to the expertise of the Petersime team.”

The Arab Takamul hatchery in Al Qassim is equipped with 12 single-stage BioStreamer™ High Density (HD)12S setters and 6 4H hatchers, including a hatchery air handling and air conditioning system custom-built by Petersime. To maximise its hatchery performance and achieve the highest chick quality, Arab Takamul uses Petersime’s Embryo-Response Incubation™ technology to continuously control and adapt the incubation parameters inside the HD incubators and create the optimal incubation environment. Finally, the entire hatchery is closely monitored with the Eagle Eye™ software system.
