Royal Pas Reform appoints Mike Miller as new Global Service Manager
To further develop service capabilities for the company’s customers worldwideRoyal Pas Reform has appointed Mike Miller (35) to the position of Global Service Manager, with responsibility to further develop service capabilities for the company’s customers worldwide.
Mike brings with him considerable knowledge and hands-on experience in service and technical support, gained working over many years with Pas Reform North America, and will ensure delivery of the highest standards of care for our hatchery customers.
Mike joined NatureForm as a metal fabricator in 2008 and was an installation and service technician from 2010-14. At the same time, he also became involved in equipment and parts sales. After working for two years as a subcontracted technician to the company, he returned full time to NatureForm – which was then in partnership with Pas Reform North America – as a mechanical/electrical engineer. In 2018 he moved into project and service management and was appointed as North America Service Manager in 2020.
In his new role as Global Service Manager, Mike will be responsible for the further development of Royal Pas Reform’s service delivery and support for international customers, working with a global team of service engineers.
