New confirmations of exhibitors and wide international publicity marked the participation of the organising team of the International Animal Protein Show (SIAVS 2024) in the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), the largest global poultry fair, held between January 30th and February 1st, in Atlanta, according to a press release from the Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA).

During the three days of the event, SIAVS representatives – including the president of ABPA, Ricardo Santin, and the commercial director of SIAVS, José Perboyre – contacted leaders, businesspeople and various stakeholders in the exclusive SIAVS space In the event.

Following the meetings, several companies concluded their participation in SIAVS 2024, which practically ended the sale of event spaces.

“The area planned for the SIAVS fair has already been almost completely sold," said Perboyre. "Participation in the Atlanta event made it possible to establish final conversations in negotiations that were at an advanced stage. The successful sale of the stands reinforces the highest expectations regarding the success of the ABPA event."

In the midst of IPPE, there was also a wide dissemination action for SIAVS, including meetings with international stakeholders, who confirmed their participation in the Brazilian event, which will take place between the 6th and 8th of August, in the new Anhembi District, in São Paulo .

“The international presence at SIAVS will be expanded in this edition, not only due to the fact that the 2024 event will grow 40% compared to the previous edition, but also due to the reputation of the sectoral meeting, which will now cover the entire animal protein chain, from input producers to the agro-industries of poultry, pigs, eggs, beef and dairy cattle and farmed fish," said Ricardo Santin, president of ABPA.

SIAVS is now the International Animal Protein Exhibition. With a new brand and new name, the biggest event in Brazil's production chains – which will take place between August 6th and 8th, in the new Anhembi District, in São Paulo, will feature several new features in this year's edition.

Traditional actions – such as special projects, SIAVS Talks and other initiatives – will be incorporated into the restructuring of the event, which will feature a program of lectures and seminars focused on the most current sectoral issues. The fair will cover more than 25 thousand square meters, with more than 200 participating companies. Representatives from more than 50 countries are expected at the event.

The 2024 edition of SIAVS will be held in the Novo Distrito Anhembi, which will have its structure completely reformulated and updated for events the size of the ABPA event. The address is the same, but it will be a completely renewed event, with the excellent opportunities that have always marked SIAVS, amidst the most modern space in the national event capital.
