We are excited to share an important update regarding the reorganization of our Research and Development team. This strategic initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to providing the most productive and efficient egg-laying varieties for the global egg supply chain.

As part of this reorganization:

• Dr. Petek Settar has been promoted to Director of Research & Development. In her new role, Dr. Settar will oversee all strategic initiatives to enhance genetic performance, drive innovation, and solidify Hy-Line's leadership in layer breeding. Since joining Hy-Line in 2003, Dr. Settar has played a pivotal role in the breeding program and has consistently delivered exceptional contributions over her two decades with the company.
• Dr. Danny Lubritz will assume the role of Senior Genetics Advisor. In this role, Dr. Lubritz will provide expert support for Hy-Line International's genetic products and work closely with Hy-Line North America to ensure our partners' highest level of service and innovation.

Dr. Settar and Dr. Lubritz bring a wealth of experience, dedication, and vision to their new roles, and we are confident that their leadership will further enhance our ability to meet the evolving needs of our partners worldwide.

This reorganization represents our ongoing commitment to driving genetic innovation and maintaining our position as a trusted leader in layer breeding.
