GERMANY – A German veterinarian will spare male chickens after finding a way to sex chickens while still in the egg.

Males tend to have less tasty meat and are routinely killed as they cannot be layers, reports News 24.
Studies show embryos feel no pain, meaning all unhatched males could be discarded without “unnecessary animal suffering”, the magazine added.
